Clip-On Touchscreen Sells for Under $200

The SimpleTouch clip-on touchscreen brings the benefits of integrated touchsystems to classroom computers for under $200. Simply attach its hinge to the top of a standard monitor using the heavy-duty velcro included, then plug its cord into the computer's serial port. The touchscreen utilizes Analog Resistive technology, so it may be operated with a finger, stylus, gloved hand or any object. Its single cord carries both coordinate information and power. Driver software allows the screen to plug-and-go with any Windows application by emulating a mouse. SimpleTouch is available for 14", 15" and 17" monitors.
