New Color Monitors Sport Built-In Audio Systems LG Electronics U.S.A., formerly Goldstar, introduced two new multimedia color monitors with built-in audio systems, eliminating the need to clutter workspace with external speakers or extra wires. Model 1535 boasts a 14" viewable image size (VIS), synchronous VGA through 1,280 x 1,024 resolution, and onscreen digital controls for color adjustment, tilt, zoom, geometry and audio. Forty video "memories" automate screen adjustments for different applications and operating systems. Model 1475 delivers 1,024 x 768 resolution on a 13.4" VIS. Both models are equipped with convenient front-mounted 1/8" earphone jacks for private listening.
