Co. Helps Communities Design, Manage Schools

3D/International assists communities in planning and implementing designs for building and renovating schools.

The company works within the school board calendar, allowing board members to make informed decisions with adequate time for consideration. They keep the decision-making process on track, control the schedule and execution of the design, and manage construction team members.

To ensure schools are occupied on time, the firm will prepare a detailed occupancy schedule, defining the links between construction and move-in activities. As a project develops, the company makes sure scope changes and added costs do not creep into the design.

Management services include total project integration, construction management and project management. Technical services include facility assessment (condition surveys), environmental services and engineering and architectural services. 3D/International, Sacramento, CA, (916) 447-7600.
