Kids Read Stories, Answer Questions

The first in the Stories to Grow On series, There are Tyrannosaurs Trying on Pants in My Bedroom tells the story of a boy who sets out to do his weekend chores only to be confronted by an assortment of friendly dinosaurs.

Students may read the story themselves, have their teacher read it or follow along with the automated storyteller. Afterwards, they answer questions or write their own story related to the plot.

Kids ages 4–;8 also learn how to form contractions and use them in sentences. A reporting system keeps track of their progress, scores and activities.

Each of the Stories to Grown On titles is based on Golden Books Library stories such as The Little Red Hen and The Three Little Pigs. Jostens Home Learning/Hartley Courseware, San Diego, CA, (800) 238–;3224. WM
