New Technology Lightens LCD Projector

The PT-L290U DataPro Lite II LCD projector incorporates innovative LCD technology called PD Squared Large Aperture Polysilicon.

The use of this technology allows for significantly lighter projectors with much greater brightness output than projectors utilizing non-polysilicon panel according to the firm. The unit features 640 x 480 RGB resolution, and can reproduce images between 20-300 inches diagonally.

It outputs 200 ANSI lumens, can be configured for front and rear projection, and has built-in speakers for enhanced presentations. The unit is full multimedia capable, with connections for video, S-video, Mac and VGA. Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems Co., Secaucus, NJ, (800) 524-0864.
