Graphics Conference Includes K-12 Track

SIGGRAPH 96, the 23rd International Conference on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques, will include a K-12 educators track with 11 sessions led by experts.

Among the topics to be covered are "Kids and the WWW," "Sneaking Geometry Right by Them Using 3D Graphics" and "Novel Uses of Graphics to Support Physics Lab Work in a Distance Learning Environment."

The cost of conference registration for educators is $100, which includes access to the exhibition, keynote address and other sessions. SIGGRAPH 96 will be held August 4-9 in New Orleans.
