From EDmin.com, TeacherLinq is a Web-based application that enables teachers to track and assess student performance and communicate online with students and parents. Teachers can use TeacherLinq's standards-based grade book to align assignments, tests, student portfolios, class portfolios and digital content with state standards, or to their own classroom standards. The online application facilitates lesson planning, attendance, and discipline tracking. It also lets students and parents view the teacher's calendars, newsletters, student work, messages, and comments. Teachers and parents can also use the service to participate in online forums.
