FYI...Syntax Communication Group

Syntax Communication Group’s new interactive division, EduTalk, provides a communications service that offers automated voice, fax, and e-mail broadcasting for school libraries and districts. The user friendly service lets a district official accumulate names, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses in a spreadsheet format; the program will then process and download the data. A representative of the district then records a verbal or written message, followed by a brief phone call designating the time for the message to be sent. Upon completion of the messaging, a report is automatically generated detailing all completed messaging. The service is intended to help administrators send notice of pending district votes, upcoming district events, weather delays and closings, and other important information. For more details, see www.edutalk.com.
