File this one under “geography-challenged.” On p. 42 of T.H.E. Journal’s May issue, our map showing the participating states in the State of the States Survey would lead readers to believe that Montana has mysteriously switched places with Wyoming. To our knowledge, states rarely move, so it would seem we just goofed. The editors would like to apologize to the good people of Montana and Wyoming, and assure everyone that they’ll stick to words and leave the map making to cartographers from now on. T.H.E.’s editors have been enrolled in a summer school U.S. geography course.
