Parents can catch up with teachers and administrators on daily educational content such as personal messages as well as lessons, events, quizzes/tests and homework information. To facilitate the exchange, Mercury serves as an online collection of time-saving tools for teachers to organize their classrooms and plan their instruction.

The creators behind the tool are hoping it will significantly improve parental involvement in schools. Learnection is working to establish relationships with schools, school districts and companies to further improve parental involvement.
