Capella Partnership Seeks to Attract Global Learners

Capella University has formed a distribution partnership with Informatics, a global IT training company based in Singapore, which extends the opportunity for adult learners outside of the United States to obtain a graduate-level degree from an accredited American institution.

PurpleTrain.com, the e-learning service provider by the Informatics Group, will represent Capella by marketing, recruiting, prescreening applications, and collecting tuition and fees for non-U.S. citizens interested in any of the three graduate degree programs offered through Capella University's School of Business. The new partnership provides Capella with a learner recruitment model that allows the university to unlock the potential of the Asian and European markets. It is also the university's first step in proactively attracting learners from outside of the United States.

Informatics has more than 400 education centers in 38 countries. Learners recruited and served by PurpleTrain.com can now participate in the same courses available to Capella's current U.S. learners. Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, www.capellauniversity.edu.
