Dr. Fletcher Named Interim EIC of T.H.E. Journal

T.H.E. Journal has named Dr. Geoffrey H. Fletcher interim editor-in-chief, replacing Dr. Sylvia Charp who served as the magazine's editor-in-chief from 1974 until her death in August. Fletcher joined the company in June 1996 as executive director of T.H.E. Institute and will retain that position. Prior to joining T.H.E. Journal, he held several positions related to technology during an 11-year tenure with the Texas Education Agency, including management of the agency's information systems. "Geoff has been very instrumental in helping us shape the editorial direction of T.H.E. Journal and is well versed in all aspects of the business," says Wendy La Duke, publisher of T.H.E. Journal.
