Wireless Plan Generates Revenue for Higher Ed.

The Sprint University Wireless Access plan helps colleges and universities generate revenue while giving faculty, staff and students convenient and cost-effective access to wireless service plans. The program allows schools to offer select Sprint PCS rate plans to faculty, staff and students while collecting service-plan fees directly from the users, often as a supplementary charge with tuition. In addition, those who take advantage of the plan receive access to Sprint PCS Vision applications such as Picture Mail, which lets you take, upload and send pictures; unlimited Web access; and Messaging, which provides access to e-mail, instant messaging and chat rooms. For more information about the program, visit www.sprint.com/education.
