Walk-and-Talk Cordless Lectern

PolyVision Corp. (www.polyvision.com) and Steelcase Co. have created a mobile system that allows educators to easily set up and give a presentation almost anywhere. The Walk-and-Talk Cordless Lectern is built on two main components: an interactive flat-panel display and a battery-powered mobile lectern. Using the lectern, presenters can access files, run applications, and capture images or text from the display using either a stylus or their fingertip. Presentations also can be controlled from anywhere in the room using an intuitive remote control. In addition, the lectern can be adjusted to accommodate different heights, which is especially helpful for people in wheelchairs.
