Polycom, Inc. has created four new educational solutions
Polycom Inc. (www.polycom.com)
has created four new educational solutions for classroom videoconferencing: ClassStation Primary, ClassStation Secondary, ClassStation Small and ClassStation Large, which are based on Polycom’s VSX 7000 and VSX 8000 videoconferencing platforms. The VSX 7000 videoconferencing products, which work with ClassStation Primary and ClassStation Secondary, are ideal for fewer students and smaller rooms such as K-12 implementations, delivering audio and video in a setup form factor. The VSX 8000, working with ClassStation Small and ClassStation Large, is specifically designed for larger packages of more students and larger rooms such as in the university setting. In addition, Polycom’s components have received approval for federal funding in compliance with No Child Left Behind legislation.
