Late Breaks

The Center for Innovation in Engineering and Science Education (CIESE) at Stevens Institute of Technology is now registering K-12 math and science teachers for the Savvy Cyber Teacher Summer Institute, a week-long immersion program (30-hour graduate-level course) in how to effectively integrate the Net and the latest in online curricula into the modern precollege classroom. For teachers in grades 9-12, the program is offered July 11-15; for grades K-8, the program is offered July 25-29. All instruction takes place on the Stevens campus in Hoboken, N.J.
