MHEC and PASSHE Allow Member Institutions to Buy Technology Products from CDW-G at a Discount

The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC)and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education(PASSHE) have signed statewide purchasing agreements that willallow member institutions to buy technology products fromCDW-G (www.cdwg.com) at discounted prices. MHEC, made upof 83 member institutions, signed a two-year multimedia equipmentagreement with CDW-G for Polycom (www.polycom.com)video conferencing equipment and accessories, as well as anarray of projectors, projector accessories, and lamps from suchvendors as Canon (www.canon.com), HP (www.hp.com), InFocus(www.infocus.com), and Sharp (www.sharp.com). CDW-G partneredwith PASSHE on a two-year multiple-participation awardcontract, with a three-year annual renewal option that enablesfaculty and staff to order technology products form the full CDWGcatalog or directly from its Web site.
