Tech4Learning’s Imagination Suite

WITH ITS PIXIE, ImageBlender, and WebBlender programs, Tech4Learning’s (www.tech4learning.com) Imagination Suite is an affordable software package that provides tools which help K-12 students express their creativity. Each of the tools has a similar interface, allowing students to move easily from one program to the next with minimal training. Files can be shared seamlessly between the programs, and all three can be used to complete classroom projects. Teachers can decide which programs are the most developmentally appropriate, based on each student’s needs. Also available from Tech4Learning is MediaBlender, a program designed to help students organize and communicate information and ideas using a variety of media. Students decide what to create, and MediaBlender helps them make it happen. The tools help students demonstrate their understanding of subject matter as they combine text, sound, graphics, and animation to share their ideas. Price: Imagination Suite begins at $74.95 for a single installation, and MediaBlender starts at $89.95.
