TURNINGPOINT 2006 from Turning Technologies allows teachers to assess student comprehension. TurningPoint can display questions, surveys, opinion polls, and games that require students to select answers on their response pads and transmit them to the teacher. Spokespeople say it is the only keypad response system that integrates fully into Microsoft PowerPoint. Price: $1,500-$3,500 for anaudience of 32 (rentals also available).
