SMART TECHNOLOGIES’ Smart Board 600i interactive whiteboard
system, which includes a Smart Board interactive whiteboard, the new Unifi
projector, and a built-in 20-watt audio system, streamlines the classroom and simplifies
the effort teachers must make to learn new electronics. A projector control
module is built into the pen tray of the interactive whiteboard and has three simple
buttons to power up, adjust the volume, and access the on-screen interface.
The system is compatible with Windows or Mac OS X operating systems and
Smart Board software 9.5, which supports the creation, presentation, and management
of digital content. Price: $5,249.
