Three Indiana Districts Deploy Standard for Success Teacher Evaluation Software

Standard for SuccessFor the 2014-2015 school year, three Indiana districts will deploy Standard for Success (SFS), an online, customizable educator evaluation and management software. Indianapolis Public Schools, the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township and Center Grove Community Schools will use SFS as part of a teacher evaluation process that aligns with staff evaluation requirements across the U.S.

SFS features a Web-based portal that is accessible via a tablet or laptop, making its software completely mobile and always accessible. The program allows for real-time teacher evaluations, which can then be stored in archives. Teachers can use SFS to chart professional development goals, while division leadership can view school- and division-wide summaries and drill down for specifics on specific groups.
