NoRedInk Integrates MAP Data for Adaptive Learning

NoRedInk has partnered with the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) to integrate data from the latter's Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) with its adaptive curriculum engine.

Using the MAP data, NoRedInk will then recommend learning paths appropriate for each student.

"Used in 1 in 4 school districts nationwide, NoRedInk uses students' interests to help them master difficult concepts in grammar, usage, mechanics and style," according to a news release. "The online curriculum adapts to strengths and weaknesses with tutorials and unlimited practice, then aggregates the data to help teachers make instructional decisions and track growth. School administrators receive monthly reports allowing them to see the improvement in student outcomes."
