FYI - Safety Clicks!

American Online and the National School Boards Foundation have developed a national campaign for online safety called Safety Clicks!," which features an educational instant-messaging robot that will chat with students and answer questions about Internet safety. Children and their parents can place the AOLSafetyBot on their Buddy List and chat with it via instant messages, getting real-time responses about online safety. In addition, the Safety Clicks! Web site (www.safetyclicks.com) includes information and games for children; tips and resources for parents and educators; as well as a video featuring Cartoon Network's Dexter's Laboratory with valuable guidelines for online safety.
