Connecting People and Information to Improve Student Achievement

Delia R. Duffey is the former Deputy Executive Director of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund Board. Prior to that position, she was responsible for the design and implementation of multiple instructional technology projects at the Texas Education Agency, including facilitator of the state's "Long-Range Plan for Technology, 1996-2010." Duffey has also served as a university professor, a school district coordinator for technology, and a secondary teacher of social studies.
