MRM Team price is $999; MRM Web price is $3,499; price varies for the MRM Enterprise edition.To help simplify PC and wireless laptop printing for higher ed, PrinterOn (www.printeron.net) has launched the Campus Printing System, an intranet solution that gives students and faculty access to campus printers from any location. Campus Printing allows users to choose from two interchangeable interfaces: a Web service for printing without drivers or PrintWhere; a universal print driver that supports all printers with a single installation. Benefits include reduced IT staff support costs (since the printing solution d'es not require configuration assistance), and the ability to facilitate printing in an 802.11b environment. Price: $3,500 for two printers, not including hardware.

upgrade to its Instructional Data
Management System (IDMS), a Web-based software application designed to help
K-12 educators manage and use assessment data to
drive instructional practices, improve student
achievement, and optimize learning results. Using
IDMS 5.0 (www.etspulliam.org/idms), educators
can identify critical state standards, pace instruction,
create formative assessments, and align material
to state standards; then, generate easy-to-use
district, school, class, and student reports. IDMS
also can be used as a platform to deliver the ETS
Formative Assessment Item Bank, which is an extensive online collection
of 12,000 math and language arts test questions tailored to states’
specific standards. Price: $9 per student per year.

This allows users to collect data from paper surveys while eliminating common manual entry errors. The software also includes common education applications, such as school climate surveys and course evaluations,which can be distributed via e-mail, Web, network, or disk. Price: $8,995.
