$1M Collaborative Effort Preps Students for the Future

FutureReadyDell and Microsoft have launched FutureReady (www.FutureReady.org), a collaborative program designed to reward innovative K-12 schools while helping students reach their full potential through classroom technology. The program includes an award for the top K-12 US educational visionaries, giving three winners $250,000 each in technology and services to help their schools achieve their educational vision and prepare their students for the future.

The FutureReady program also offers a Mobile Computer Lab Contest in which the five school districts with the most visits to www.FutureReady.org will each receive a mobile computer lab, and a Dell Intelligent Classroom Sweepstakes — a random drawing that awards three schools/districts a technology-enabled classroom of the future, worth up to $75,000. For full details on FutureReady’s programs, log on to www.FutureReady.org.
