MHEC and PASSHE Allow Member Institutions to Buy Technology Products from CDW-G at a Discount

The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) have signed statewide purchasing agreements that will allow member institutions to buy technology products from CDW-G (www.cdwg.com) at discounted prices. MHEC, made up of 83 member institutions, signed a two-year multimedia equipment agreement with CDW-G for Polycom (www.polycom.com) video conferencing equipment and accessories, as well as an array of projectors, projector accessories, and lamps from such vendors as Canon (www.canon.com), HP (www.hp.com), InFocus (www.infocus.com), and Sharp (www.sharp.com). CDW-G partnered with PASSHE on a two-year multiple-participation award contract, with a three-year annual renewal option that enables faculty and staff to order technology products form the full CDWG catalog or directly from its Web site.
