SmartTRAX
LearnStar Inc.’s (www.learnstar.com) SmartTRAX (Teaching, Reviewing and Assessing Across the Curriculum) program allows educators to introduce, instruct, and assess standardsbased curricula, as well as analyze student progress on an individual or class basis. Yet, what really sets SmartTRAX apart from the competition is its multiple-platform compatibility with Palm OS, Pocket PC, Windows, Mac, and LearnStar’s own RF Keypad response system. In addition, the program’s interactive curriculum allows teachers to choose from thousands of test questions across all grades and subjects, for use in SmartTRAX’s unique race-to-the-finish style challenge. Pricing varies, but is based on a per-student cost, with a 100-student minimum.
