VR400 & VR300 Video Servers

For communications classes or campus broadcasts, Leitch Technology Corp.’s VR400 and VR300 series video servers now feature 50 GB Fibre Channel disk drives. The drives expand capacity to over three terabytes while giving multiple channels and users access to all video. The drives provide a cost-effective storage area network, as well as flexibility.

Possible configurations range from small two-channel commercial insertion to over 30-channel news, editing, program play-out and media asset management systems. Leitch Technology Corp., Chesapeake, VA, (800) 231-9673, www.leitch.com.
