HEWLETT-PACKARD has introduced its HP 39gs graphing calculator with multiple connectivity options. The HP 39gs is designed for high school math and science classrooms and allows users to wirelessly share data and applications with other compatible HP calculators via infrared technology. Students and teachers can also share their information through industry-standard USB and RS-232 ports that enable programs to be saved or downloaded to a PC. The HP 39gs is permitted for use on some US college entrance exams and is backed by HP’s service and support. Price:$79.99.
