Discover Video Introduces DV Mobile Projector System

Discover Video has introduced its new DV Mobile Projector (DVMP) system. DVMP is designed to deliver live presentations to tablets, laptops and smartphones in classrooms and lecture halls. According to the company, DVMP allows each attendee to view slides, Web pages or other content in full HD resolution, eliminating the need to look at a large screen.

The DVMP receives live video input from a variety of sources, including VGA, DVI, HDMI, SDI, component or composite. The system delivers low-frame-rate live images to viewers, and only delivers images when there is something new to view. This differs from conventional streaming technology, which takes up bandwidth by delivering live video all the time.

Users can adjust DVMP’s capture rate, the degree of motion to detect and the image output size. The system automatically saves settings detects the input in use.
