Atomic Learning Launches PowerPoint Workshop for Educators

Atomic Learning, a provider of online training solutions, has launched a new workshop for educators called PowerPoint 2003: Creating an Effective Presentation. The workshop combines "software training with tips on how to develop effective and eye-catching projects," according to Atomic.

Atomic's workshops are used often for professional development in K-12 schools and districts.

The new PowerPoint program includes the following components:

  • Design tips for text;
  • Using graphics and WordArt;
  • Deciding on color themes;
  • Animation; and
  • Publishing presentations on the Web.

Atomic also provides workshops on podcasting, blogging, publishing, chart creation, and other topics.
