Video Presents Model for Change

Based on his best-selling book, Professor James Belasco's "Teaching the Elephant to Dance … Today" video presents a four-step model for changing organizations: urgency, vision, empowerment and execution. The program features actual case studies from corporations, a government agency and a hospital. Included are a 40-minute video; Leader's Guides for two-, four- or eight-hour workshops; and a 60-page participant's workbook with copies of all slides and forms. Viewers are urged to create "smoke in the tent" so all employees feel the need to change, and unleash the organization's intellectual power by generating accountability and ownership.
