Students Learn by Building Projects

MicroWorlds 2.0 is a new version of an award-winning Logo program. It lets one learn any subject through exploration, creation and construction. Students design and build a school project, such as a map or electronic storybook, in a Logo-based environment.

Among the enhancements in version 2.0 are access to QuickTime movies, Pioneer videodiscs, and CD-based audio, sound clips and photos. Plus, a new "player version" allows students to share their work with classmates or parents.

Six-user lab packs and site network licenses are available. Each package includes full documentation, built-in help and on-disk samples. LCSI, Highgate Springs, VT, (800) 321-5646.
