Curricula Introduces The "Real World"

Pathways is a curriculum solution aimed at ninth- and tenth-grade students in which contrived and real-world experiences and applications use technology in a completely different instructional method. Thematic strands, career pathways, multimedia instruction and real-world applications engage a team of six students for nine weeks of instruction. Student teams work together experiencing quality management and teamwork principles. Computer-delivered instruction is solved by using technology, and Pathways uses e-mail for communication and file sharing, exposing students to techniques that will be useful after they graduate.
