Improve Scheduling Accuracy With VSS Pro

Visual Staff Scheduler Pro 3.0 (VSS Pro 3.0), from Atlas Business Solutions, is a powerful and flexible staff scheduling program that creates professional-quality schedules, and lets one easily rotate schedules and make last-minute changes quickly. Its perpetual worksheet lets you pre-schedule events such as shifts, time-off, vacation requests and more in advance.

Five customizable formats give users multiple viewing and editing options, and allows the system to display up to 42 days of information. Even minutiae like shift information, notes, on-call status, and more can be specified, and up to 20 staff coverage totals automatically track the number of people scheduled by position, shift and location.

VSS Pro's WYSIWYG report generator prints personal and staff schedules, available in 1 to 42 day and calendar formats. And, the program's Query function lets you scan schedules and create specialized reports such as departmental, shift or vacation schedules.
