Western Connecticut State University and IBM have partnered to explore higher education speech technology applications. WCSU announced that it is working with IBM to establish a Center of Competence for Speech Technology. The Center will be used to develop, research and field-test innovative speech recognition technology products with the potential for application in teaching and learning activities for educational institutions.
