Blackboard Inc. announced an agreement with Arizona's Maricopa Community College District (MCCD) that will allow its instructors to provide Web-based learning over a single platform for its students. MCDD will purchase Blackboard Inc.'s CourseInfo license. Using the Internet to deliver classes online solves scheduling problems for non-traditional and continuing-education students.
