FYI - Remark Web Survey
Principia Products, Inc. has released a new version of its Remark Web Survey, designed to help educators and Web administrators create interactive forms for the Internet such as online surveys, evaluations, registrations, guest books, etc. The forms, which have a password protection option, can also be used to administer tests.
