Hewlett-Packard and NetSchools Partner to Bridge Technology Gap

Hewlett-Packard Company and NetSchools Corp. plan to partner in order to offer Internet-based learning to K-12 schools. HP and NetSchools will provide every student at participating schools with a NetSchools StudyPro laptop and an HP OmniBook notebook PC for every teacher. HP hardware products will include network servers, monitors, printers, networking products, peripherals and notebook PCs. HP will also include tailored support services for schools, including project management and installation services to integrate the program swiftly.
