Tool Enables Students to Track Coursework

Handmark's Fourostudent.net is a Web-based coursework management system that allows students to keep track and manage assignments for up to 15 classes. The system provides Palm-device users with a single interface to enter, store and manage coursework details, including instructors, their grade policy and contact information. They can visibly track individual course grades or overall grade point average as well. The application also makes it easy for students to perform different scenarios to predict final grades.

With Fourostudent.net, students can review course information from any Web-connected PC, anywhere and at anytime. As students accumulate multiple semesters of course details, they can archive that data for future reference. They also have the option of sharing course data with other students or parents who will be able to view selected data, but won't be able to change it.

Data on the Fourostudent.net system is remotely stored, providing a secure source of information. Information is inputted using a standard PC keyboard, and automatic updates to the system are easily downloaded and installed onto the Palm OS device. Handmark, Kansas City, MO, www.handmark.com.
