Paragon's 1400 Basix Series Computer Workstation

The new 1400 Basix Series of computer workstations from Paragon provides style and flexibility. Two Basix three-station units can be combined to create a six- or eight-station computer/printer center. The slightly concave work areas provide a contemporary look, and with 12 finishes available, educators should be able to find something that fits in their classroom. The 1400 series comes with a choice of fixed desktop heights of 28" or 24" for elementary use, with a choice of chrome or black 3" tubular legs. The 1.25" high-pressure laminate top with black-edge molding is wear-, scuff- and stain-resistant. A large 3" grommet, wire storage basket and a power cord J-channel make wire management easy. The series also comes with other options, including adjustable leg glides, six- or 10-outlet surge protectors and pullout keyboards.

For classrooms, labs and libraries, Paragon also offers a comprehensive Solutions line of computer workstations. The new line offers stations that can accommodate from one student up to eight students. The workstations feature a selection of high-pressure laminate or painted work surfaces, easy access wire management systems, and powder-coated steel legs and frames. A choice of tabletop or semi-recessed monitor positions, tabletop heights and a variety of popular sizes are offered. A selection of useful accessories can also be added for enhancement or convenience. Paragon Inc., Arlington, TX, (800) 451-8546, www.paragoninc.com.
