ThinkBox Updates Early Learning Playground

ThinkBox Inc. has launched an updated version of the Kindle Park learning playground. Kindle Park v2.0 (www.kindlepark.com) demonstrates the product's unique focus on providing early childhood educators with complete classroom management tools and lesson plans, as well as learning tools and activities that engage students and involve parents in the learning process. Kindle Park was developed to cater to early learners (children ages 3-6), using compelling multimedia, character-driven stories and the Internet as a key delivery vehicle. The subscription service provides 52 weekly themes that drive the curriculum. Each theme comes with a weekly theme guide for teachers, as well as associated learning activities for use on and off the computer.

Key features of Kindle Park v2.0 include more than 350 online learning experiences, 150 books, 750 off-screen activities, a CD with 15 learning songs and other products to bring the learning themes to life in the classroom. Kindle Park's curriculum incorporates online and offline activities to support the day-to-day needs and objectives of early childhood educators in the areas of language and literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, personal and social development, and the arts.
