The centerpiece of the company's product strategy is "The Imagination Station" network, a kid-friendly Internet-based distribution platform for istation-compatible educational software products. It is also able to service a school with hundreds of children using little more than a 56K modem, and can function normally even when a school's Internet connection is lost. The company's first istation-compatible product is a research-based reading instruction and intervention program that interactively teaches alphabetic principle, phonemic awareness, "graphophonemic" knowledge, vocabulary and comprehension.
