ProfessionalTeacher.com (www.professionalteacher.com), launched last year as a free online service for teachers wanting to acquire and maintain new skills, now provides detailed recertification and professional development information for teachers in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The site offers state-by-state certificate renewal requirements, downloadable forms, lists of recommended courses and links to educational resources. It also houses a career center with resume-building tips and job-search advice.
