Pearson Forms New Group to Address Need for School Improvement Solutions

Pearson Achievement Solutions (ww.pearsonachievementsolutions.com), a new group formed by Pearson School Companies, will focus on delivering customized solutions for school improvement. Its newest offering, LessonLab, will provide schools and school districts with comprehensive teacher professional development aligned with research, assessment, and instructional programs.

Central to this new organization is Pearson's recent acquisition of Co-nect, the leading provider of data-driven professional development solutions to help schools and districts manage and measure effective instructional improvement. Content, collaborative tools, and data analysis are delivered through a nationwide network of certified consultants who directly support administrators and teachers. Co-nect and LessonLab together will offer instructional solutions built around customized implementations and professional development.
