Chicago Parochial School Deploys WLAN To Support Classroom Technologies

Frances Xavier Warde School in Chicago has deployed Aruba Networks' 802.11n Access Points WiFi network at its Holy Name Cathedral and Old St. Patrick campuses.
The network supports teachers' tablet computers and 4th grade through 8th grade students' laptops, as well as projectors in every classroom, which teachers use to stream video and create an interactive whiteboard.
The school had previously used a single-channel 802.11 network, but that system failed to give its many tablets and laptops reliable WiFi connections.
