Utah DOE Adopts AutoSkill’s 'Academy' Learning Tools

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

The Utah Department of Education has approved AutoSkill International’s Academy of Reading and Academy of Math learning aid programs to help at-risk students improve proficiency in the subjects.

The Academy of Reading software, approved by the state for grades K through 11, helps to build fluency in foundation reading skills through focused training in phonemic awareness, sound symbol association, phonics and decoding, and comprehension.

The Academy of Math software, approved for grades K through 8, helps students build conceptual knowledge, computational fluency using operations, and strategic competence with word problems.

DOE approval means that Utah public schools are permitted to purchase or license the software for use at the designated grade levels.
