Epson Makes Federal Grant Apps for Its Products Easier To Manage
Epson America has developed a tool to make adding its products to federal funding applications much easier, the company announced this week at the FETC 2011 conference going on this week in Orlando, FL.
The company's federal funding templates will automatically provide the information necessary to apply for its technology products for school use, including projectors, document cameras, and sound enhancement systems. The templates are designed for easy integration into applications for IDEA and Title I, Part A funding and ARRA School Improvement Fund grants. There is also a universal template available that, while not automatically integrated, provides all of the manufacturer and other product information required for grant applications.
"We have prioritized our efforts to offer customers tools to make the grant application process less time consuming," said Heather Litus Johnston, product manager for the K-12 education market, Epson America. "These new grant resources make it easy to identify Epson products that can be purchased with grant funding."
Epson offers its technology products with special pricing, terms, and support for education customers through its Brighter Futures program. The templates are available for download at the Brighter Futures program Web site; click on the tab labeled "Education Resources."
