Brief: LanSchool Adds Testing to iPad App

LanSchool has launched a version of its iPad application with a new testing feature.

With the new feature, teachers can send up to 100 true/false, multiple choice, or short answer questions with graphics to students running the LanSchool iPad Student app.

Teachers create the tests in LanSchool Test Builder and receive graded, real time results with the ability to print or export them.

The LanSchool app, which came out last summer, allows students to use iPads as classroom clickers and gives teachers the ability to monitor activity on students' screens and limit access to Web sites or applications.

The apps are free, though a current classroom license for LanSchool, costing $199 per year, is required.
